Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Pune, for a Food and Beverage Associate. The responsibilities include serving guests with exceptional customer service, ensuring quality in food and beverage preparation and presentation, and assisting in maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The role also involves collaboration with the culinary team, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and prompt handling of guest inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic Culinary Skills and knowledge of food preparation
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a hospitality or wellness setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality is preferred
