Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused F&B Service Associate to join our team. As an F&B Service Associate, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain dining areas, including setting tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring cleanliness
- Take orders, serve food, and handle payments
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service
- Provide excellent customer service, handling complaints and requests promptly
