Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and service-oriented Food and Beverage Associate to join our 5-star hotel team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, support seamless F&B operations, and contribute to a memorable dining experience consistent with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Floor Operations

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.

Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve meals and beverages promptly and politely, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service.

Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or concerns efficiently and courteously.

Service Standards & Setup

Set tables and prepare service stations according to hotel SOPs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including during turnover.

Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and inventory as needed.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.

Teamwork & Communication

Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Communicate guest feedback and special requests to supervisors.

Participate in training and team meetings to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.

Previous experience in food and beverage service; luxury hotel or fine-dining experience preferred but not always required.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Polished appearance with a professional attitude.

A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Working Conditions

Shift schedule includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
