FMCG Product Specialist

We are looking for a smart, energetic FMCG Product Specialist who will be present on the shop floor at all times, guide customers with product knowledge, and ensure they have a smooth and informed shopping experience. The ideal person should understand all FMCG categories—food staples, snacks, beverages, dairy, home & personal care—and be confident in explaining product benefits, comparisons, and usage. This role also includes training new associates and ensuring high standards of customer engagement.

- Assist customers by explaining product features, benefits, alternatives, and best-value options

- Maintain deep knowledge of all FMCG categories and new launches

- Ensure proper product placement and support merchandising

- Train new staff on product knowledge and customer handling

- Handle customer queries and guide them toward healthier, better-value choices

- Improve customer satisfaction and in-store conversions through expert advice

- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and display standards

- 1–4 years in FMCG retail preferred

- Strong communication & product knowledge

- Customer-friendly, proactive, and willing to learn
