To ensure smooth & effective functioning of various administration activities

  1. To process Air (Domestic and international) Train booking for eligible employees as per requirement
  2. To make Hotel Bookings & Forex in Mumbai
  3. To arrange Company Outside vehicle for H.O. employees
  4. To process & provide printing & stationery to departments at H.O.
  5. To administer Mobile/ SIM card services for eligible employees
  6. To process bills of various vendors/ contractors
  7. To coordinate various repairs & maintenance activities, housekeeping, security , catering , gardening & other services
  8. To send Birthday cards & arrange cakes for H.O. employees
  9. Company Car Agreements & Maintenance
