FMCG EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• International buyers, importers, distributors और wholesalers को identify करना (Middle East, Europe, Africa, etc.)
• FMCG products (oil, ghee, spices, food products) की export sales develop करना
• Cold emailing, WhatsApp, LinkedIn और calls के through overseas clients से communication
• Buyer inquiries, price negotiation, quotation और proforma invoice तैयार करना
• Export documentation coordination (Invoice, Packing List, HS Code, basic export terms की understanding)
• Orders follow-up, payment coordination और shipment status tracking
• Market research और new export opportunities identify करना
• Existing international clients के साथ long-term business relationship maintain करना
• Sales targets achieve करना और weekly/monthly sales reports prepare करना
• Management को regular updates और market feedback देना

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (MBA / International Business preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in FMCG export sales / international sales
• Export sales process और INCOTERMS की basic knowledge
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
• Email drafting, follow-ups और negotiation skills
• MS Excel, email tools और CRM का basic knowledge
• Target-oriented और result-driven mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• FMCG, food products या organic products export experience
• Dubai / Middle East / International market exposure
• Importers और distributors से direct dealing experience
• Self-motivated और pressure handle करने की ability
