As part of our growth, we are building digital tools that streamline scheduling, reporting, and workforce management. We are hiring a full-time remote developer based in India to help evolve these platforms.

Position Summary

We are looking for a developer with hands-on expertise in Flutter and Laravel who can contribute to our mobile and backend systems. You will work on improving our current Flutter app for field staff and develop Laravel-based APIs to enable new functionalities. This role is ideal for someone independent, detail-oriented, and motivated to build reliable, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade and maintain our Flutter mobile app used by guards and supervisors.
• Build and optimize REST APIs in Laravel to power app functionality.
• Ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues while maintaining app stability.
• Participate in remote collaboration and contribute to agile workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Flutter (Dart) with experience in app deployment.
• Solid knowledge of Laravel (PHP) and API development.
• Database familiarity (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Version control with Git/GitHub.
• Must own a MacBook (for iOS build compatibility).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar hosting services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Background in apps for security, workforce, or service industries.
