what you will do:
lead the development of new, high-impact user experiences in the CRED app using
Flutter, from initial prototype to polished feature.
own major features and product areas, ensuring the codebase is scalable,
maintainable, and performant across both Android and iOS.
dive into native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) code when needed to
build bridges, integrate SDKs, or solve platform-specific challenges.
champion excellence within the Flutter domain, mentoring team members, leading
code reviews and introducing new tools and practices to elevate the team.
collaborate closely with product and design teams to iterate rapidly on new ideas and
bring the CRED vision to life.
you should apply if you:
have 3-6 years of mobile development experience, with a primary focus and deep
expertise in Flutter for the last 2+ years.
possess strong learning agility and are genuinely excited by the prospect of mastering
native technologies like Kotlin or Swift.
are proficient in writing clean, efficient, and testable code in Dart, with a strong
understanding of Flutters widget lifecycle and state management patterns..
have experience integrating with native APIs and third-party SDKs, understanding
the nuances of platform channels.
thrive on autonomy and ownership, and have experience leading projects and
mentoring others in an agile environment.
are skilled in turning complex designs into beautiful, functional, and highly performant
user interfaces.
have an AI-first mindset, comfortable leveraging AI tools to generate functional code.
