Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Flutter Developer with around 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle end-to-end development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact directly with clients when required.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Work independently to deliver complete features and modules with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure applications follow modern UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and deliver smooth user experiences.
• Integrate and manage databases (Firebase, SQLite, or SQL-based) for efficient data handling.
• Implement and maintain third-party APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and device compatibility.
• Conduct self-testing, debugging, and quality checks before delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and clarify technical details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, QA, and project managers.
• Manage code with Git/GitLab/GitHub, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, Redux, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience with app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
