Job Title: Lead Flutter Developer

Experience: 812 Years

Location: Noida

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end
Flutter app development across multiple projects using Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, and Swift.
Provide technical
leadership and guide the team in adopting best practices in mobile architecture (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
Drive architectural
decisions, enforce performance optimizations, and ensure efficient use of Firebase and backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).
Plan
and execute sprints; manage Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
Establish
and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Docker.
Review
code, enforce secure coding practices, maintain high standards of code quality, and manage release cycles.
Collaborate
closely with UI/UX designers using tools like Figma to deliver seamless user experiences.
Foster
a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous skill development within the team
