Role Overview

As a Flutter / Android Developer, you’ll work on exciting real-world projects involving both cross-platform (Flutter) and native (Kotlin) app development. You’ll collaborate with our designers, backend developers, and project leads to create smooth, responsive, and visually appealing mobile applications.

This role is ideal for freshers or developers with up to 5 years of experience who are eager to learn modern frameworks, follow best coding practices, and contribute to live projects.

Key Responsibilities

App Development

• Build, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and Kotlin (Android).
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry standards.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

Collaboration

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert design mockups into working mobile interfaces.
• Coordinate with backend teams to integrate APIs and web services.

Testing & Debugging

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in real time.

Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, Android, and mobile technology.
• Explore and suggest new tools, libraries, or methods to improve development workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Familiarity with Kotlin for native Android app development.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Basic experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod).
• Good understanding of Git / version control systems.
• Awareness of platform-specific differences between Android and iOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science / IT (preferred).
• Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers encouraged to apply).
