Flutter Developer

You are a dedicated and self-motivated Flutter Developer with up to 2 years of experience, looking to join our product development team focusing on ERP solutions for educational institutions. Your role involves building robust, user-friendly, and scalable mobile applications that seamlessly connect with our ERP backend. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate closely with backend/API developers and the React web team to ensure smooth data integration. Creating responsive, user-friendly mobile interfaces aligned with ERP workflows is vital, along with collaborating with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver features on time. You will also participate in code reviews, testing, and app performance optimization, as well as handle app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your required skills include hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development, understanding of mobile architecture and best practices, familiarity with State Management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), knowledge of API integration, Firebase, and local data storage. Basic knowledge of React JS or a willingness to learn is beneficial, along with experience with Git and Agile workflows. It would be good to have prior experience in developing ERP or business applications, knowledge of native Android/iOS development, experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience working on ERP, CRM, or EdTech applications, exposure to React Native or native Android/iOS development, familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps, and understanding of modular app architecture.
