Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Marketing and Sales person to lead and grow our sales team while designing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for driving results

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research and networking.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Present, promote and sell products/services to business clients.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.Track sales performance and provide reports on revenue growth and pipelineMarketing & Lead Generation:Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads.Work with the marketing team to create content, email campaigns, and social media strategies.Conduct competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities.Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.Customer Relationship Management:Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve offerings.Maintain an updated CRM database with sales activities and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and account management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in [Industry Name] (e.g., SaaS, Manufacturing, IT, etc.).Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
