Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Marketing and Sales person to lead and grow our sales team while designing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You are a dedicated and self-motivated Flutter Developer with up to 2 years of experience, looking to join our product development team focusing on ERP solutions for educational institutions. Your role involves building robust, user-friendly, and scalable mobile applications that seamlessly connect with our ERP backend. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate closely with backend/API developers and the React web team to ensure smooth data integration. Creating responsive, user-friendly mobile interfaces aligned with ERP workflows is vital, along with collaborating with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver features on time. You will also participate in code reviews, testing, and app performance optimization, as well as handle app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your required skills include hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development, understanding of mobile architecture and best practices, familiarity with State Management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), knowledge of API integration, Firebase, and local data storage.
