Flutter Developer (1 Year Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Flutter Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in building mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be able to develop independently, translate Figma designs into high-quality UI, integrate APIs, and work with platform-specific (native) features for both Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Flutter UI.
• Build features independently: from concept → development → deployment.
• Integrate REST APIs, manage data models, handle error states.
• Use state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BloC) appropriately.
• Implement native mobile functionalities: camera, notifications, location, permissions, etc.
• Optimize app performance, debug issues, and write clean, maintainable code.
• Work with version control systems (Git) to manage code.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers when needed.
• Prepare mobile builds and assist in publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store (if relevant).
• Maintain technical documentation (code structure, API docs, setup instructions).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Flutter development.
• Solid grasp of Flutter widgets, layouts, and navigation.
• Experience converting Figma designs to Flutter UI.
• Proficient in API integration (REST, JSON).
• Basic understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) features.
• Familiarity with local storage (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences, etc.).
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Self-starter — can work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) experience.
• Knowledge about CI/CD (e.g., Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or other structured patterns.
• Prior experience deploying apps to app stores.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills—able to collaborate with design & backend teams.
• Highly detail-oriented, especially about UI/UX.
• Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
