Generate attendance reports and provide insights to the L&D team. Communication Support: Draft and send pre- and post-training communications to participants. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the L&D team as required. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in Learning & Development, HR, or organizational effectiveness. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Skills & Attributes: Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and pay meticulous attention to detail. Strong Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Proactive & Self-Starter: Eager to learn, take initiative, and work independently as well as part of a team. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address logistical challenges efficiently.
