Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Sales (FLS) professional located in Bhagalpur. The FLS role involves acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying prospects, explaining insurance product offerings, assisting customers with policy selection, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves participating in sales campaigns, maintaining records, and continuously working towards improving sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Abilities in Market Research and Lead Generation
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and services
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivation and ability to achieve sales targets consistently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in sales, especially in insurance or financial services, is a plus
