The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and team performance. They act as a bridge between the management and the team, ensuring smooth operations and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibility

Supervise x to ensure smooth and efficient
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality and adherence to health and safety standards.
Handle cash and POS systems, ensuring accurate transactions and end- of-day reports.
Assign duties to team members and monitor their
Train and mentor team members on company policies, customer service, and food preparation standards.
Resolve staff conflicts and address performance issues
Ensure customers receive prompt and friendly
Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback
Monitor dining areas to maintain a clean, welcoming
Check stock levels and place orders for inventory as
Prevent wastage and monitor food cost
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper storage
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Conduct regular safety checks and train the team on safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and QSR operational guidelines

Qualification

Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food or QSR
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making
Excellent customer service and communication
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety standards and best
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus).
2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a QSR environment
