Job Overview :-

Key Responsibility

• Prepare, mix, and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages as per standard recipes.
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
• Serve beverages promptly and professionally.
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Engage with customers and take beverage orders accurately.
• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when required.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Follow opening and closing checklists for bar operations.
• Track stock levels and report shortages to the Bar Manager.
• Adhere to all legal and company policies on serving alcohol.
• Maintain records of sales, wastage, and breakage.
• Handle billing and payments accurately through POS systems.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require additional training or

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal
• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Basic math and billing skills.
• Certification in bartending/mixology is an advantage.
