• Supervise day-to-day production activities for leather bags (cutting, stitching, assembly & finishing)

• Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met

• Guide and manage karigars, tailors, and operators on the floor

• Conduct in-process quality checks and reduce defects and rework

• Coordinate with planning, stores, and quality teams for smooth operations

• Monitor material usage and control wastage

• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor

• 7+ years of experience in leather bag production

• Strong knowledge of leather materials, construction, and finishing

• Hands-on leadership with excellent people-management skills

• Ability to read samples, tech packs, and production instructions

• Eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
