Job Description

As a Floor Supervisor at Autobahn Trucking (BharatBenz) in Loni, your role will involve overseeing the general operations related to People & Culture. Your key responsibilities will include: - Allocating jobs to technicians and monitoring their work progress - Ensuring quality repair work on vehicles - Providing comprehensive and efficient solutions to address all customer complaints about their vehicles - Ensuring compliance with standard repair guidelines for all vehicle maintenance activities - Using recommended special tools by DICV for repair work - Maintaining cleanliness and order on the workshop floor - Enforcing safety protocols within the workshop premises - Maximizing bay productivity by effectively utilizing manpower and other resources - Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles to their expectations Your qualifications for this role should include: - Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Autobahn Trucking (BharatBenz) is committed to providing a safe and productive work environment for all employees, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers.,
