Floor Supervisor

As a Play Zone Supervisor at our location in VIP Road, Visakhapatnam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the play zone. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily operations to ensure the play zone runs efficiently. - Supervising floor staff to maintain safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. - Providing excellent customer service by assisting parents and kids with care and enthusiasm. - Handling customer feedback and resolving issues promptly. - Supporting birthday parties, events, and special activities on the floor. - Promoting membership plans, offers, and food combos to guests. - Maintaining daily reports and coordinating with management. To excel in this role, you will need: - Strong leadership and communication skills. - An energetic, child-friendly, and customer-focused attitude. - The ability to manage staff and multitask efficiently. - Willingness to work on weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position with timings from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Salary will be based on experience with additional incentives. Weekends will be working days while weekdays will be holidays.
