Location: VIP Road, Visakhapatnam Timings: Full-time (11:00 AM – 9:30 PM) Salary: Based on experience + incentives Weekends will be working and Weekday will holiday. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the play zone. Supervise floor staff and maintain safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Deliver excellent customer service — assist parents and kids with care and enthusiasm. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Support birthday parties, events, and special activities on the floor. Promote membership plans, offers, and food combos to guests. Maintain daily reports and coordinate with management. Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills. Energetic, child-friendly, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage staff and multitask efficiently. Must work on weekends and holidays. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
