Floor Plan Designer Client Services

In this role, you will: - Take full responsibilities for projects encompassing the Cvent Social Tables Platform, including Floor Plan projects, Convert Projects, and Propose Projects - Draft/trace floor plans received from clients on the Cvent Social Tables CMS tool - Understand/conceptualize requirements via various communication channels (email, telephonic communication, verbal or recorded calls) - Work actively on the Cvent Social Tables tool - Complete all projects assigned within benchmarked turnaround timelines - Understand expectations, prioritize work based on business needs, and proactively communicate with Project Coordinators upon project completion, including a visual summary for customer consumption - Quality check each project against received instructions to ensure completion and client satisfaction - Ensure the best customer experience fitting into and contributing to the broader Cvent ecosystem of products - Demonstrate a customer-centric focus and a desire to deliver high-quality, custom work - Exhibit intellectual curiosity and efficiency in project completion - Work effectively in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, and open/flexible environment What You Need: - Curiosity and commitment to continual learning - Ability to trace clean creative artworks - Problem-solving skills and willingness to share ideas - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - Excellent stakeholder management and real-time decision-making abilities with strong business judgment - Self-motivation and proactive attitude - Ability to learn and navigate internal tools efficiently - Confidence in resolving or escalating process or tool issues independently - Respectful attitude towards work and workplace Qualifications And Experience: - 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment - Bachelor's degree in any stream - Preference given to candidates with AutoCAD experience Please note that the company details were not provided in the job description.,
