A Royal Enfield Floor Supervisor (or Incharge) is responsible for managing the workshop floor by allocating work to technicians, ensuring the quality and timely completion of repairs, and maintaining the workshop's cleanliness and safety standards. They also lead and train the technical staff, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with the Service Consultant and Parts Manager to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Workshop Management:
• Allocate job cards to different bays and oversee the repair process for each bike.
• Monitor adherence to promised delivery times and take corrective actions for time overruns.
• Ensure all necessary parts, spares, and consumables are sourced for repairs.
• Conduct final vehicle inspections as per Royal Enfield standards.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment in the workshop.
• Team Leadership and Training:
• Lead, coach, and mentor technicians to meet training needs.
• Conduct regular service drills and provide technical input to technicians as needed.
• Manage the technical team and assign tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
• Customer Service and Communication:
• Communicate effectively with the Service Consultant regarding repair times and any issues.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints as guided by the Customer Relations Manager (CRM).
• Implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
• Process and Quality:
• Ensure work quality on multiple bays is maintained simultaneously.
• Adhere to Royal Enfield's established processes and norms.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workshop productivity and efficiency.
• Inventory and Operations:
• Assist the Parts Manager with inventory management.
• Ensure upkeep of the bays and assist with infrastructure audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
