Job Description

Patient Admission & Discharge Management

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee patient admission, transfer, and discharge process.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, billing, and insurance team for seamless operations.
Monitor discharge summaries and ensure timely clearance of bills.

Operational Management

Supervise ward secretaries, admission officers, and IPD support staff.
Maintain real-time bed occupancy status and optimize bed utilization.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.

Patient Care & Experience

Address patient complaints and grievances with sensitivity.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and overall positive experience.
Conduct regular patient rounds to monitor service quality.

Team Coordination

Act as a bridge between doctors, nurses, billing, housekeeping, and other support services.
Train and guide IPD staff in hospital processes and patient handling.

Quality & Compliance

Monitor infection control practices and patient safety measures.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and present data to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
