Floor Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Floor Coordinator to manage daily operations at our eye hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient flow, coordinate with clinical teams, and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide patients and visitors on the hospital floor
• Coordinate between patients, nursing staff, and doctors for timely care
• Monitor appointment schedules and waiting areas
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of consultation and waiting rooms
• Report maintenance or housekeeping needs
• Support front desk and help in patient file movement
• Handle patient queries or direct them appropriately

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of hospital or healthcare experience
• Good communication and people-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
