Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role you apply for, responsibilities may include:

For Cabin Crew (Airline Roles):

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights.
• Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service.
• Handle on-board announcements and passenger queries.
• Assist in emergency procedures and maintain safety protocols.

For Corporate Transition Roles (Marketing, HR, PR, Customer Support):

• Manage client/customer communications via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and brand promotion.
• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Handle public relations, media communication, and brand events.

Who Can Apply

• Current or former Cabin Crew / Flight Attendants

  with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Candidates with the ability to adapt, learn, and work in dynamic environments.
• For corporate roles, prior experience in Marketing, HR, PR, or Customer Support is not mandatory — training will be provided.
