Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage corrugation printing machines (Flexo/Offset/Rotary as applicable).

- Set up printing job parameters including ink viscosity, color matching, plate mounting, and registration.

- Monitor machine performance to ensure high-quality printing output.

- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs of printing equipment.

- Ensure proper alignment, pressure settings, and speed controls during operation.

- Inspect finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and defect-free results.

- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

- Maintain safety standards and adhere to company operating procedures.

- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in corrugation printing operations & Printing in Diploma.

- Strong knowledge of Flexographic/Rotary printing machines (as per company requirement).

- Ability to troubleshoot printing defects such as color variation, misregistration, uneven print, etc.

- Practical understanding of different paper GSM, board grades, and ink types.

- Skilled in machine setup, calibration, and plate handling.

- Ability to read job sheets and follow technical specifications accurately.

- Good understanding of production workflow and maintenance procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
