Fleet Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Fleet Coordinator (Contractual) in a rapidly expanding company focusing on the bus market in South India. Your primary responsibility will be managing backend operations by assigning buses to various routes, coordinating driver and host schedules, and ensuring seamless operation of services. You will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and play a crucial role in the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate driver and host schedules with bus partners. - Manage bus assignments and handle breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers. - Act as the primary point of contact between TCs and the Multiplicator team. - Coordinate with Traffic control for daily issues and monitor route deviations. - Track and report violations, generate daily operational reports for bus partners. - Provide insights on necessary route adjustments and update stop and boarding point coordinates. - Monitor and report any illicit activities to maintain operational integrity. - Ensure completion of training programs and initiate background verification processes. - Ensure completion of boarding point handouts. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations. - Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends for operational efficiency. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including shifts. - Strong geographical knowledge of South India and willingness to travel regularly. - Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
