Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flat Bottom Pouching Operator, located in Ahmedabad. The operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of flat bottom pouching machines. Daily tasks include monitoring the production process, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance. The operator will also document production data and collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining pouching machines
• Knowledge of quality control and production processes
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
