Sansera Group is looking for Fixture Manufacturing to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
The Fixture Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high - precision jigs and fixtures to support production and assembly operations. They collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability, dimensional accuracy, and repeatability of fixtures for machining and assembly processes. The role involves preparing detailed CAD models and drawings, selecting appropriate materials, and coordinating with vendors for fabrication and validation of fixtures. They conduct tolerance analysis, perform root cause analysis for fixture - related issues, and ensure continuous improvement in tooling efficiency and ergonomics. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining fixture documentation, conducting trials for new product introductions, and supporting the standardization of fixture design practices across projects. The engineer also ensures compliance with safety, quality, and cost objectives while optimizing lead times and resource utilization.
