Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of jigs, fixtures, and gauges
Handle assembly, dismantling, and reinstallation of complex fixtures.
Ensure fixture accuracy and repeatability using alignment tools and gauges.
Modify or upgrade fixtures to enhance productivity or ease of operation.
Conduct trials to verify fixture functionality after maintenance or modification.
Identify root causes for fixture malfunction, misalignment, or accuracy deviation.
Maintain spare part stock for clamps, cylinders, sensors, and standard parts.
Maintain and troubleshoot actuated fixture systems.
Use CMM, height gauges, and dial indicators for fixture validation.
Read 2D/3D drawings, GD&T symbols, and BOMs.
Apply 5S, JH, and PM pillar practices to maintain fixture performance
Ensure readiness for IATF/ISO audits with fixture documentation. .
