Job Title: Engineer – Projects & PlanningLocation: Ambernath, MumbaiReports To: Manager – Projects & PlanningPosition Summary: Responsible for end-to-end project coordination, Documentation, Raw Material planning, and ensuring timely execution by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including customers, vendors, Sales, Process, Design, Production, Stores and quality teams. The role demands strategic planning, problem-solving, and process optimization to meet project deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

 Work Order & Documentation Management Project Planning & Kick-Off Fabrication & Production Coordination Inspection, Packaging & Dispatch Coordination Post-Production & Project Closure Activities Customer & Stakeholder Management

Desired Profile

 Proven experience in projects & Planning

Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

 Software Proficiency

MS office (proficiency in Excel)
Project Management Tools (MS Project)
Any equivalent software Knowledge for material layout optimization
AutoCAD software.
