Executive – Fixed Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Fixed Asset Register across all locations
  • Run depreciation, fixed asset reconciliation, and analytical reviews • Prepare and review revenue provision workings with variance analysis • Handle overseas A2 payments and employee car purchase accounting & capitalization • Support monthly and year-end close by preparing fixed asset schedules • Monitor and manage CWIP and ensure timely capitalization • Ensure compliance with IFRS / Ind AS / GAAP depreciation policies • Reconcile Fixed Asset Register with General Ledger and resolve discrepancies • Coordinate with Procurement, IT, Store Operations, and Plant Maintenance teams • Support internal and external audits with asset-related documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or fixed asset management • Experience in retail or manufacturing industries preferred • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle – Fixed Asset modules) • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines • Effective communicator and team player
