• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer skills
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
