Job Title: FITTER with Production Support Company: Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. Location: Nangli Sakrikawati, Delhi Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled FITTER who has hands-on experience in MS cutting, SS cutting, and MSB sheet cutting, along with the ability to support the production team as required. The role involves welding, polishing, sheet cutting, and occasional support in fabrication and assembly of kitchen equipment. Key Responsibilities:Perform MS (Mild Steel) and SS (Stainless Steel) cutting operations using appropriate tools and machines. Cut and shape MSB sheets as per specifications and production requirements. Polish metal surfaces to meet finishing and quality standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and cutting lists. Operate cutting, grinding, and polishing equipment safely and efficiently. Provide active support to the production/fabrication team in assembly and installation. Maintain all equipment and tools in proper working condition. Follow safety and quality standards consistently. Requirements:Proven experience in MS/SS cutting, MSB sheet cutting, welding, and polishing. Familiarity with fabrication and kitchen equipment manufacturing. Ability to use hand tools, cutting machines, grinders, and polishing tools. Good physical condition and ability to multitask. Willingness to assist in general production work when required. कार्य अवलोकन: हम एक कुशल फिटर/वेल्डर/पॉलिशर की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जिसे एमएस कटिंग, एसएस कटिंग और एमएसबी शीट कटिंग का व्यावहारिक अनुभव हो, साथ ही आवश्यकतानुसार उत्पादन टीम को सहायता प्रदान करने की क्षमता भी हो। इस भूमिका में वेल्डिंग, पॉलिशिंग, शीट कटिंग और रसोई उपकरणों के निर्माण और संयोजन में कभी-कभी सहायता प्रदान करना शामिल है। मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ: उपयुक्त उपकरणों और मशीनों का उपयोग करके एमएस (माइल्ड स्टील) और एसएस (स्टेनलेस स्टील) कटिंग कार्य करना। विनिर्देशों और उत्पादन आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार एमएसबी शीट को काटना और आकार देना। रसोई उपकरणों या पुर्जों पर टीआईजी/एमआईजी वेल्डिंग कार्य करना। परिष्करण और गुणवत्ता मानकों को पूरा करने के लिए धातु की सतहों को पॉलिश करना। तकनीकी चित्र, ब्लूप्रिंट और कटिंग सूचियों को पढ़ना और समझना। कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग और पॉलिशिंग उपकरणों को सुरक्षित और कुशलतापूर्वक संचालित करना। संयोजन और स्थापना में उत्पादन/निर्माण टीम को सक्रिय सहायता प्रदान करना। सभी उपकरणों और औजारों को उचित कार्यशील स्थिति में बनाए रखना। सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता मानकों का निरंतर पालन करना। आवश्यकताएँ: एमएस/एसएस कटिंग, एमएसबी शीट कटिंग, वेल्डिंग और पॉलिशिंग में सिद्ध अनुभव। फैब्रिकेशन और रसोई उपकरण निर्माण का ज्ञान। हस्त औजारों, कटिंग मशीनों, ग्राइंडर और पॉलिशिंग उपकरणों का उपयोग करने की क्षमता। अच्छी शारीरिक स्थिति और एक साथ कई काम करने की क्षमता। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर सामान्य उत्पादन कार्य में सहायता करने की इच्छा।
