Fitout Project Coordinator

As a Fitout Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fitout projects. Your proactive and organized approach will ensure seamless coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project completion within the set timelines, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor fitout project activities throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in preparing project schedules, procurement plans, and work programs. - Establish effective communication channels with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to facilitate smooth progress. - Manage project documentation such as contracts, drawings, and change orders efficiently. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. - Monitor site progress, identify issues, and report them to the Project Manager promptly. - Coordinate material delivery and installation according to the schedule. - Support procurement by obtaining quotations and assisting in vendor selection. - Uphold health and safety regulations at the site. - Maintain accurate records of site activities, variations, and communications. - Attend and coordinate site meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fitout or construction project coordination. - Proficient in fitout processes, materials, and installation techniques. - Familiarity with project management tools and software like MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred: - Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality fitout projects. - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous. - Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.,
