Job Description

Provide science-based weight loss coaching to busy working professionals (35–50 age group). Create personalized nutrition plans, weekly progress reviews, and habit-building strategies. Track client data: weight, measurements, steps, adherence, mood, and progress photos. Conduct weekly check-ins through calls, WhatsApp, or the Fitwiser app. Identify client roadblocks (stress, sleep, digestion, routine issues) and provide practical solutions. Educate clients on calorie deficit, metabolism, exercise basics, and sustainable fat loss. Ensure client experience is “human-first” — empathy, support, and accountability. Maintain 90%+ adherence and retention by keeping clients engaged and motivated. Collaborate with the Training Manager for quality checks, feedback, and performance improvement. Upgrade clients using value-based conversations (renewals + referrals). Work closely with sales and RM teams to ensure clients start smoothly and stay consistent. Maintain accurate documentation inside CRM/app (notes, follow-ups, progress logs). Stay updated with nutrition, exercise science, and lifestyle coaching trends. Attend internal training sessions to improve coaching quality and client results. Represent the Fitwiser brand values: science-based, honest, result-driven, and client-centric.
