About Dashfit: Dashfit is a next-gen fitness platform built to simplify and gamify fitness through our patented DAMS (Dashfit Activated Muscle Score) system. We create data-driven, personalized workout plans and track real-time progress to make fitness measurable, engaging, and effective. We are looking for a passionate Fitness Coach who can guide our clients, help them execute their workout plans, and motivate them to achieve their health goals. Roles & Responsibilities Client Engagement: Conduct a mandatory weekly 15-minute check-in call with each assigned client to understand their challenges, progress, and motivation levels. Build strong rapport with clients to keep them engaged and consistent. Workout Plan Execution: Help clients execute system-generated workout plans provided by Dashfit. Provide guidance on correct form, technique, and modifications if required. Training Delivery: Offer online coaching sessions for clients who prefer virtual guidance. Provide offline/in-person training to clients across Mumbai (MMR), if required. Progress Tracking & Feedback: Track client performance using Dashfit tools and provide timely feedback. Identify client pain points and suggest actionable solutions. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with fitness trends, injury-prevention methods, and client motivation strategies. Requirements: Certification in fitness training (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, INFS, K11, IFSA or equivalent) mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate clients and keep them accountable. Comfortable with both online and offline training modes.
