This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer located in New Delhi. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for planning and conducting group exercise sessions, providing personalized fitness training, and delivering guidance on safe exercise practices. The trainer will ensure a high standard of customer service and motivate clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe workout environment and staying up-to-date with fitness trends and techniques.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness
Instruction
• Experience in Fitness Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to engage and motivate clients
• Relevant certifications in fitness or personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) are highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and client-focused environment
• Passion for promoting health, fitness, and overall well-being
