Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer, located in New Delhi. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for designing custom exercise programs, leading group exercise classes, and providing personalized fitness training sessions. Additionally, the trainer will guide and motivate clients, monitor their progress, and adjust plans as necessary to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive gym environment are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
• Proficiency in providing Fitness Training and working within the Fitness Industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Certified fitness training credentials (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A passion for health and fitness, and a commitment to helping others reach their goals
