Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fitness Trainer based in Mumbai. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for conducting group exercise classes, providing fitness instruction and personal training sessions. The role requires engaging with members, assessing their fitness levels, developing personalized workout plans, and delivering excellent customer service. While the position is primarily on-site, some work-from-home tasks are acceptable.

• Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills
• Fitness Training and Fitness Industry knowledge
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Relevant certifications in fitness training or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
