Core Responsibilities: Client Success & Management Take care of clients from start to finish — onboarding, progress tracking, and feedback. Clear client doubts quickly and ensure they feel supported at every step. Help in preparing diet plans and giving proper training assistance. Keep clients active and engaged through the community group. Track client results, collect success stories, and create testimonials. Build strong, positive relationships with all clients. Marketing Support & Content Creation Participate in shoots and create marketing content featuring real client success. Present in videos (client updates, educational clips, and promotional content). Help with short-form video ideas — reels, testimonials, and transformation stories. Work with the marketing team to create engaging and authentic visuals. Be active and confident in front of the camera. What’s Expected: Always provide the best service and quick support to clients. Help bring real results and visible client transformations. Regularly share client success stories with the marketing team.
