Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Instructor role based in Rajouri Garden. The Fitness Instructor will conduct engaging group exercise sessions and provide personal training services tailored to clients’ fitness goals. Daily responsibilities include evaluating clients' fitness levels, designing customized exercise programs, maintaining a positive and encouraging fitness environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves educating members about fitness techniques, monitoring safety during workouts, and promoting a healthy lifestyle among members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction.
Strong skills and certifications in Personal Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry.
Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage positively with members.
Passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a motivational attitude.
Relevant certifications in fitness training or physical education are preferred.
Knowledge of exercise safety, nutrition, and wellness is an advantage.
