Job Title: Fitness Institute Manager Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitness Institute Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility, and fostering a motivating environment for clients and trainers alike. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on fitness experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all institute activities and staff Ensure proper maintenance and setup of gym equipment Monitor client satisfaction and uphold service standards Assist in designing fitness programs and institute schedules Support trainers and occasionally conduct personal training sessions Manage inventory, safety protocols, and cleanliness of the facility Must-Have Eligibility Criteria:Previous Experience: Proven track record of managing a fitness institute or academy. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of gym setup, equipment handling, and maintenance. Personal Training Background: Basic experience as a personal trainer with understanding of fitness routines and client engagement.
