Job Description – Arabic Language Professor Position: Arabic Language Professor (Aviation & Hospitality Communication) Organization: Air Hostess Academy (under Taiso Global Pvt. Ltd.) Location: Khandeshwar, Panvel. Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arabic Language Professor to train aspiring cabin crew and hospitality professionals in spoken and written Arabic, with a focus on aviation and customer service communication. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing students’ language fluency, cultural awareness, and confidence to meet the requirements of airlines and global hospitality organizations, especially those operating in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: Teach Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and relevant dialects (Gulf/Middle Eastern) required for aviation and hospitality. Train students in spoken Arabic, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation tailored to in-flight and airport communication. Conduct role-plays, simulations, and mock announcements in Arabic for airline and hospitality scenarios. Introduce aviation-specific Arabic terminologies for safety, service, and customer care. Mentor students in cross-cultural etiquette and passenger interaction with Arabic-speaking travelers. Prepare lesson plans, training modules, and evaluation tools based on international aviation standards. Assess student progress and provide individualized feedback and coaching. Work with the academy’s training department to integrate Arabic language training with soft skills, grooming, and interview preparation. Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s Degree in Arabic Language / Arabic Literature / Applied Linguistics (PhD preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of teaching/training experience in Arabic, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or corporate training. Certification in Arabic Language Proficiency / Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL) is desirable. Strong command over spoken and written Arabic with ability to explain concepts in English. Familiarity with aviation/hospitality industry communication needs (announcements, safety instructions, passenger service). Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
