Role Description

Part-Time Contract Fitness Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized workout plans for patients based on their individual health conditions, fitness levels, and physician's recommendations.
• Ensure all workout plans are safe, effective, and align with the patient's overall health goals.
• Provide clear and easy-to-follow instructions for exercises, including modifications for different fitness levels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research, especially as it relates to patients with various medical conditions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling patient information.
• Make social media content that resonates with our audience.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a reputable organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Proven experience in designing personalized workout programs.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Experience working with patients or individuals with specific health concerns is a plus.
