Role Description We are seeking a Part-Time Contract Fitness Coach to design and create personalized workout plans for our patients. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop safe and effective exercise routines that complement our patients' treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Develop customized workout plans for patients based on their individual health conditions, fitness levels, and physician's recommendations. Ensure all workout plans are safe, effective, and align with the patient's overall health goals. Provide clear and easy-to-follow instructions for exercises, including modifications for different fitness levels. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research, especially as it relates to patients with various medical conditions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling patient information. Make social media content that resonates with our audience. Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a reputable organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Proven experience in designing personalized workout programs. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
