Job Description

FIT Sales Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coaching & Field Support

Travel across 5 key locations over 12 days to support RMs during live B2B and B2C calls.
Provide real-time coaching to enhance call effectiveness, improve conversion metrics, and support mid and BQ performers.

Skill Reinforcement & Capability Building

Reinforce FIT Sales Inner Mindset & Outer Skill framework through live simulations and feedback.
Facilitate role plays, case studies, and sales scenario simulations.
Promote the use of tools like FAB, SPANCO, SPIN, Sales Filter, and 7 YES Set.

Performance Enablement

Coach RMs on prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Support RMs in creating and executing weekly sales activity plans and go-to-market strategies.

Expected Outcomes:

Enhanced confidence and capability in handling diverse sales scenarios.
Improved alignment with business KPIs and sales funnel metrics.
Strengthened coaching culture and peer learning within the sales ecosystem.
